Schmetz Sewing Machine Needles – Stretch 130/705 H-S (75/11 & 90/14)

Schmetz Stretch Sewing Machine Needles have been designed specifically to use on  highly elasticated fabrics, knits and elastic materials (Spandex, Lycra, swimwear, activewear knits etc).

Stretch needles have a medium ball point, smaller eye and a deep scarf allowing them to glide through elastic fibres with damaging them and help prevent skipped stitches.

This assorted pack of 5 machine needles comes in a protective case which contains the following:-

• 3 x 75/11 Stretch Needles
• 2 x 90/14 Stretch Needles

Did you know…

The two numbers shown on a needle represent the diameter of the needle blade.  So a 70/10 needle measures 0.70 mm in diameter (the 10 refers to to the number used in the American sizing system).  So, a smaller needle number means the needle will be finer (and can accommodate a finer thread) and a larger needle number means the needle will be thicker (and can accommodate a thicker thread).
