Emma’s Bears – Lyric Teddy Bear Pattern

One Pattern, three different bears

Amazing Craft are delighted to bring you the fabulous Emma’s Bears Lyric teddy bear pattern.  This pattern has a very contemporary feel to it and has variations to enable you to make three different and delighful teddy bears.  All three bears stand an impressive 40cm (16″) tall and you can choose from the standard, full bear pattern, the cheek insert pattern or the panda version.  The bears are all fully jointed and can be made using either mohair, cotter pin joints, glass eyes or faux fur, safety joints & safety eyes.  This pattern is particularly suited to those who have made jointed teddy bears or toys before.

The pattern is also great for making a memory teddy bear out of sentimental fabrics (old baby dress, a favourite blanket etc).  Most fabrics can be used but, if you wish your bear to remain true to the pattern, a fabric with very little stretch (cotton, tweed etc) will work best.

Lyric Teddy Bear Pattern is supplied with full sized patterns, Emma’s Bears instructions plus two pages of additional helpful tips from Amazing Craft.  Amazing Craft also have toy making videos which may help when making these delightful bears.
